About Opening An Online Trading Account With OSK Futures Hong Kong Limited

Please read the following account opening procedure. |
| 2. |
You are required to execute an Electronic Agreement with OSK Futures Hong Kong Limited (OSKFHK) when you download the Account Opening Form. If necessary, please print for your own reference. |
| 3. |
Then download an Account Opening Form and On-line Global Futures Trading Application Form (see below) and complete all requisite information. |
| 4. |
Obtain copies of the following supporting documents:- |

(i)

Individual / Joint Account
|
|
|
|
(ii)
|
Corporate Account
|
- Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (or Business Registration Certificate or other evidence of due incorporation), Memorandum and Articles of Association (or other constitutional documents) of the Client;
- Certified copies of audited accounts of the Client for the last two years and a balance sheet at a date not more than two months before the date of the Account Opening Form, or such other financial information as OSKAF may from time to time agree to accept;
- Proof of identity such as Hong Kong ID card(s) or passport(s) of all Authorised Persons and Directors;
- Certified copy of the Register of Directors of the Client; and
- Certified copy of the Register of Members of the Client
- Download Account Opening Form and On-line Global Futures Trading Application Form

Submit the Account Opening Form and supporting documents to us. You may:

(i)
|
Return the completed and signed Account Opening Form, copies of all supporting documents. To facilitate signature verification, a cheque of HKD10,000* bearing your signature(s) and with your account name(s) pre-printed on it, made payable to OSK Futures Hong Kong Limited and can be delivered in person or by mail to:

Bring along the Account Opening Form and copies of all supporting documents for certification (signed and witnessed) by a Justice of Peace, or a professional person such as a branch manager of a bank, certified public accountant, lawyer or notary public. Send us the certified Account Opening Form and copies of all supporting documents to the above stated address
OR

(iii)

Bring the Account Opening Form and copies of all supporting documents to one of the nine designated OSK Investment Bank offices (Kuala Lumpur, SS2 Petaling Jaya, Ipoh, Melaka, Penang, Kuching, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuantan **) for verification (signed and witnessed) by an OSK designated dealer/officer. |

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive an assigned Account Number (Login ID) within a few days. A Trading Password (PIN) will be sent to you under separate cover through mail for accessing the trading platform of OSK188.com.hk. |

You can only trade provided sufficient funds* or stocks are deposited into your trading account. |
