About Opening An Online Trading Account With OSK Securities Hong Kong Limited

Please read the following account opening procedure. |

To open an accouunt, you are invited to read the Electronic Agreement of OSK Securities Hong Kong Limited ("OSKSHK"). If necessary, please print for your own reference. |
| 3. |
Then download the Account Opening Form, and complete all the requisite information. |
| 4. |
Obtain copies of the following supporting documents:- |
| |
(i) Individual/Joint Account
- Copy(ies) of the Hong Kong ID card(s) or passport(s) of all account holders; and
- Proof of residential address within the recent three months, such as in the form of utility bills or credit card statement printed with your name and address.
- Download Account Opening Form
(ii) Corporate Account
- Certified Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (or Business Registration Certificate or other evidence of due incorporation), Memorandum and Articles of Association (or other constitutional documents) of the Client;
- Certified Copy of the Register of Directors of the Client; and
- Certified Copy of the Register of Members of the Client

To submit the completed Account Opening Form, you may: |

| (i) |
Return the completed and signed Account Opening Form with copies of all supporting documents to OSK Hong Kong in person or by mail to the following address. To facilitate signature verification, a cheque of HKD10,000.00* made payable to OSK Securities Hong Kong Limited bearing your signature(s) and with your account name(s) pre-printed on it is to be included. |

| (ii) |
Bring along the Account Opening Form and copies of all supporting documents for certification (signed and witnessed) by a Justice of Peace, or a professional person such as a branch manager of a bank, certified public accountant, lawyer or notary public. Send us the certified Account Opening Form and copies of all supporting documents to the above stated address:

Malaysian clients can either sign the form in the presence of their remisier and the remisier will submit the form to the designated OSK branches on their behalf; or clients have to physically present at either one of the 9 designated OSK branches for signature witness purpose, and submit the form together with all supporting documents at one of the designated OSK Investment Bank Berhad offices (principal office in Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, Melaka, Penang, Kuching, Johor Bahru **) and the office will send the application package to OSK Hong Kong in Hong Kong for processing. |

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive an assigned Account Number (Login ID) within a few days. A Trading Password (PIN) will be sent to you under separate cover through mail for accessing the trading platform of OSK188.com.hk. |
